Strep Throat
My 9 year old daughter had strep throat which turned into scarlet fever. She had a 103 fever for 8 days and began to shut down. It was an extreme case. We ended up in the ER. It was either check her into the hospital (they give her antibiotics) or give her the antibiotics at home. We waited until the last moment. I was hoping her body would fight it off. I came down with strep 2 days ago and have been managing ok. Not great…it’s a very strong strain. But I know my system can get through it without the suppressing drugs.
