Since I have been peri menopausal and now menopausal I wake up every two hours with a hot flash and then I have an urgent need to urinate. I usually urinate a normal amount no matter if I drink fluids during the day or not so much. I don’t drink before bed. I wake up thirsty though and have one sip of water. Have you been tested for mold toxicity? Mold affects the hormone ADH which causes very frequent urination. It happened to me years ago and I’m still recovering from it. Homeopathy can help the symptoms while you’re narrowing down the cause, of course.
