Autism getting cured
autism is getting better Says Sangeeta goel….My son was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder when he was 2 ½ years old. I was told by doctors that there is no cure for it and we just need to be deeply involved in his development. He has been getting speech and occupational therapy at school since he was three and has shown great improvement in his speech and motor skills due to early intervention.
He is very intelligent and grasps things very quickly but it used to be very difficult for him to explain himself. The main reason for concern for me was his very small attention span. His teacher used to send me an email everyday that he was not able to focus in the classroom and did not finish his morning work and she is sending the work home. I used to dread to see his teacher’s emails that another day of complaints.
Autism treatment , One day I was just browsing the Internet to find some cure for him when I came across an article published by Dr. Vikas Sharma in The Tribune. I took his email address from the article and wrote to him asking if a long distance treatment was possible. I was elated to know that it was possible and I asked Dr. Sharma to send me the evaluation form. Dr. Sharma was kind enough to call me several times to get clear picture of my son’s symptoms. The treatment was started soon after the evaluation. I got my son started on the medicine and within a week I received an email from his teacher saying that he finished his morning work without any help or reminders. I have only good things to hear about him from that day. He used to stammer while talking, but soon he started to talk with less difficulty. His hyperactivity has decreased a lot and he started to follow the directions. His bowel movements have become regular and he gets less irritated. I have seen tremendous improvement in him ever since I started his treatment with Dr. Sharma 6-8 months ago. Dr. Sharma is very prompt in addressing any health issues I have had with my son. He has always made sure that the medicines are dispatched in a timely manner.

My son is now 5 and 6 months of age. He has been diagnosed Autism at 5 years of age. Under the psychological assessment, he has ASD and severity level is moderate (score:38), IQ as inferred from DQ is 80 which falls in the dull normal range, Restlessness (T=68) and inattention (T=61), Social functioning, atypical behaviour, communication, and peer interaction are major areas of concern. I reside in West Bengal and i do not know whether long distance treatment is at all possible or not and if, then how and also plz mention the cost parameter of this procedure.

My son is 3yrs 9 months old, and has a speech delay. He cant say his name when asked and neiher does he calls us. He knows ABC s from A- Z, can identify 1-20, knows the name of animals, different objects, points to different things. Recently a doctor identified that he might have autism spectrum disorder with speech delay. He is hyperactive a bit. Is he curable? can he become normal child and go to normal school?

My 4yo son has recently been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. For the last 2 years the pediatric psychologist just said that he was delayed in speech and had a sensory disorder, but I knew it was more than that. He’s generally a very happy little boy with tons of energy, and able to sit still and often jumps and climbs. He labels items, mostly food, but is unable to form a sentence. He’s been in speech and occupational therapy for the last two years and has recently started music therapy in an effort to bring out some words. His diet is also of a concern to us. He only eats crunchy salty/snacky foods and things he once enjoyed such as applesauce or mashed potatoes are of no longer an interest. He often speaks gibberish and gets quite upset when we’re unable to understand him. Is there any way you could send us in the right direction to help ease his frustrations? We’ve tried just about everything.

hi.i have a 5 years old boy that has same simptoms of autism. He walks in his toes, flap hands have very poor concentration at school.he seems very smart.he talks but still botton line.he can read, count.play with other kids.his muscles is weak.he doesnt like to draw and write.teacher said that he might have a problem he has some gaps.everybody loves him kids and adults his very kind.hes very good with computer. My son reached 3 years this month, we started cure journey since he was 11/2 year, we are from egypt, he is getting some improvment but we still waiting him to talk, he just started from two months saying mom, papa. he is not saying anything else, we took speach therapy and still, we took skills treatment lecture and still, we took balance behaviour, Gaba, zinc oil, omega 3, recently we try making diet (free casen and gulutin) we took chalation to decrease the toxic metals. till now he didn’t talk. he is not full focus, but not bad.
