sir, I, M/55, have lost interest in most of the activities, I used to enjoy. Always tired, No interest in outing or going out of home . cloudy thoughts, sad mood, NO self motivation.
I had liver transplant 6 years back. I am on immunosuppressant.
I take 0.75 mg alprax in night.
I have tried SSRI allopathic medicine but a little relief. stopped as larger dose have some side effects.

My story is, I had a very traumatic birth back in April, 2015 (8mths ago). I was frustrated by the outcome and I ruminated, also frustrated about my 20kg weight gain, and some other post-partum issues. Feeling disappointed by the outcomes, and very tired all the time, I subsequently fell into depression, and my existing insomnia issues worsened. I am otherwise healthy, but constantly tired.
I was wondering what u might recommend for me in terms of homeopathy? I also still express breast milk (300mls a day) for my infant, so it would have to be something safe in breast milk.

Hi Rita, I think many general dtoocrs would agree with you. In most countries they are now trapped in system that processes the greatest number of patients in the least possible time. It may be lucrative but it certainly puts a dent in job satisfaction and compassionate concern. Many general practitioners I know have professional lives that are not too dissimilar to battery hens. Sir, My father who is 82 years old is suffering with major depression since last 8 years. he was under allopathic medicine since then.He has left his medicine . Now also he is always in sad mood does not take any interest either in eating or social activity.He does have any sympathy towards anyone.His mood is always dull,monotonous voice and do not give reply to anything if asked for.
