I am 63 year old retired from power station where high decibel sound was persist. After retirement living in calm peace area but experienced that I can listen sound but without clarity thus confused what exactly the person says though attentive. Also in calm period some sort of noise like sound produced by insect in dark night (chi —chi) in ear continues.

Hi Dr. my name is Helvi, I have been experiencing a problem of hearing loss since 2013 and I have been going to ENT Bbut I was just told is a viral infection that caused my hearing loss and it cannot be treated. I could not believe all what I was told, my hearing loss came all of a sudden when I one day woke up with a swollen check and I felt some heaviness, buzzing sound in the ear like rain falling on the roof especially when I eat food that is maybe containing spices then the sound becomes more, I also have allergies(dust and some food), experienced stress. and fullness in the ear . when I went to see a Dr. I was first given antibiotics, the fluid that was in the ear removed, ear cleaned but still could not hear, sent for a city scan and hearing test. The result of the scan was just fine and for hearing test , I was told I cannot hear with that ear and there is no treatment for it. I am of the opinion that my hearing loss could have been caused by allergies which may be treated by one of your Homeopathic treatments.
