I am a 63 years old with TURP done on 16th Aug. Still the passage is not free. Till yesterday I was taking Urotone! I am scared re surgery though the Surgeon not mentioned about it. Prostate was 102cc.
After TURP void vol. was 90 ml.
Please advice me about taking homeo medicines for improving the urine flow, frequent urination in the night, still not feeling that the bladder is empty! Is there a way to stregthen the bladder muscles? Surgeon said the bladder has expanded and has to shrink back and gain strength to press the urine out of bladder!

What should I take if I have an over active bladder? It seems as though I never empty my bladder. I drink a large amount of fluids I weigh 142 pounds I am five 3 1/2 inches tall and drink anywhere from 60 to 70 ounces of water a day. I probably urinate anywhere from 10 to 20 times a day and 4 to 6 times a night. I have seen a euro gynecologist and have gotten some relief from doing some physical therapy but I’m starting a new job And can’t keep going to the bathroom this many times. After having had a bladder infection and a covid infect, 2 years ago and a short treatment with anti biotic, i developped a bladder incontinence.
I need to go to the bathroom every hour, day and night and pass urine about 100-150 ml. The urin flows but rather slowly. During the day I mostly can hold the Urin with only a very small amount leaking, may be 5 ml.
Though at night, mostly past midnight, the bladder releases urine by itself whilst I am sleeping. I am waking up during might almost hourly to have to urinate, but still find myself that I lost urine uncontrolled. Its robbing my sleep and I’m exhausted due to waking up about hourly. I’m 64 years.
I wonder if you have any suggestions how to cut down on the frequency to urinate, increasing the flow of urine and stopping the uncontrolled loss of urine during sleep.
I would appreciate any suggestions.

Hello Dr Sharma I’m from South Africa and 18 months ago had my prostate removed (there was some cancer in the bladder but believe that is gone) my problem is NIGHT TIME BED WETTING. I will sleep two hours and have to change my adult nappy and bed clothes this happens on average 4 times a night. During the day I have a little leakage but manageable. My some is 9 and since he’s young has had problem with urine incontinece.
He tend to hold his urine or when scare has small accident , never whilst in bed , if prompted to go several time a day then now all leaks.
He sometime says it just comes m other times when he hold on as doesn’t want o miss anything , very really if frightened. It’s usually very small as when it arrives he says unexpectedly he tries to hold/stop the flow.
Is there any thing we could try to help , perhaps he has weakened bladder , we would like to try homeopathic treatment pls..

Condition resulted after first chemo treatment, brain bladder disconnect 9/13. Prior to that was doing exercises to help teacher syndrome and dysfunctional bathroom parenting.
