I am seeking your advice for a urinary problem that I have been facing for about 2 years.
I am 74 years old . I experience frequency and urgency of urination only after lying down or sleeping. rest of the time the problem doesn’t seem to exist. CETC and other related tests including USG show :-
Prostate size is normal with some foci calcification. Urinary bladder is partially distended and show circumferentially thickened wall measuring upto 4,4 mm.

Hi Dr. Sharma, None of the urinary incontinence descriptions seem to fit my situation. I am 59, had 3 children via natural birth & have mercury toxicity (amalgams). I assume the problem is due to the latter since it got worse after I was further exposed to mercury. I have several food allergies and my newest one is an intolerance to Vit C. If I eat a pear or other fruit w Vit C, I almost can’t stop the urine from coming out. It helps to bend over & think that I have company. My father is 97 years has got TURP done, he has been having Urimax F for a long time. His problem is frequent urination almost after every hour more so at night. Can you pls suggest some medicine. He has no pain or burning sensation.
After cystoscopy the surgeon suggested that my bladder neck muscles are stiff
and causing narrowing at bladder neck .

I have been having urine inconsistency since May 2019.I am 35 year old woman. I have been doing homeopathic medication for the past 20 years now. However, this problem of mine has not been solved. I had done a test in the month of september which showed ecoli and was treated for the same. However the problem of urine inconsistency still persists. I dont experiwnce any pain in my lower abdomen but i feel that my bladder is not empty even after i pass urine satisfactorily once but the moment i get up to wash my hands, i feel the urge again and it goes on. Its not dorps of urine but has some quantity. My ultrasound reports are clear. I have had a history of urine infection post marriage. After intercpurse i would contract a uti. In the month of May post intercourse i felt very uneasy and had the urge to pass urine frequently with pain in lower abdomen and was treated but was left with the problem of urine inconsistency.
