I have strong pain in the left part of my stomach, radiating to the left part of the back. Pain is spreading down to the pelvic. Eating does not increase or decrease the pain. I have been a chronic patient of indigestion. After eating lunch or dinner, I feel heaviness in the stomach and also feeling of vomitting, although it never comes out. I have been struggling with pancreatic insufficiency for eighth years, but this winter the problems intensified, and the pain between the stomach and the navel is quite unpleasant after eating, even with diet and enzyme use. Sometimes pain fires in the middle and lower back and the stomach is also sometimes irritated, at the same time I feel a slight feeling of heartburn. My wife had acute pancreatitis and in July 19 a stent was put. In September that was removed since it was not working and a new stent was put in AIG Hospitals in Hyderabad. This was done in Asian Institute of Gastroenterology hospitals (AIG) in Hyderabad. Doctor advised to come after 4 months for review. In January 7th my wife was reviewed and medically tested and the stent which was put by them was removed and no new stent was put. Some medication is going (creon 40000 and antoxipan – 2 times a day both). My wife has slow bile duct / constipation and no regular motion. Now it seems to be better. digestion, hunger is there. But her health has come down. Hair fallen drastically. previously weight was 62 and now 48, my wife aged 54 years, height 5′-2″ Doctor told to have normal diet and to eat everything except fatty foods and fried items.

Hi, my name is Carey, and I have been having, a lot of these symptoms, as well as, my biological father was diagnosed with pancreatitus, that you mention. I’ve been suffering with these symptoms for well over 2 years now, but everytime I go to see my primary care doctor, an they do lab work, they tell me nothing is wrong, it’s all in my head. However, recently I fired my primary, and found a new doctor, and he gave me a referral to see a gastronologist. How do I explain to him, that everytime I eat, or drink anything, my upper abdomen swells out/hurts really bad, I’m nauseous all the time, and my stool comes out looking like straight oily yellow bile?
