The endometrium is a tissue that normally lines the inner mucous membrane of the uterus. This tissue grows and thickens under the influence of hormones and is shed during menstruation every month. When this endometrial tissue grows in body parts other than the uterus, it is termed as endometriosis. This endometrial tissue may grow in ovaries, fallopian tubes, back of the uterus, intestines, rectum and urinary bladder. This misplaced tissue undergoes proliferation simultaneously along with the normal uterine tissue under hormonal influence. These areas bleed at the time of the menstrual period. Scarring and adhesions result in these areas. The exact cause of endometriosis is unknown, but various theories like surgical scars, retrograde menstruation explain the probable cause of endometriosis. The genetic factor also plays an important role in predisposing a woman to endometriosis. Homeopathic medicines for endometriosis play a supportive role in the treatment. 
Symptoms of Endometriosis
The main symptoms of endometriosis are pelvic pain that may extend to the back and legs, painful periods (dysmenorrhoea), heavy bleeding, dyspareunia, dysuria, rectal pain, bleeding from rectum or bladder at the time of periods. Nux Vomica, Ammonium Mur and Lachesis are helpful medicines for endometriosis with rectal symptoms. Nux Vomica is prescribed when pain in the rectum appears during periods. Ineffectual urging for stool may accompany rectum pain. The stool is unsatisfactory, scanty and incomplete. Ammonium Mur and Lachesis are the most suited medicines for endometriosis with a bleeding rectum during menses. The bleeding is usually accompanied by pain in the rectum.
5. Sepia and Natrum Mur – For Endometriosis with Urinary Troubles
Beneficial medicines for endometriosis with urinary complaints are Sepia and Natrum Mur. Sepia is considered the most useful among medicines for endometriosis where it is accompanied by urinary urgency and frequency. A bearing down sensation in the pubic region may be felt. Pain while passing urine from endometriosis lesions also indicates use of Sepia. Pain in the bladder of aching (dull) and burning nature during menses also points to the use of Sepia. Natrum Mur is one of the most effective medicines for endometriosis which is mainly prescribed when bleeding from the urinary bladder appears simultaneously with the menses.

No. Do not consume caffeinated beverages for one month after taking a remedy. Caffeine, and especially that from coffee can easily anecdote a remedy. I recommend refraining from caffeine consumption for one month to allow the remedy to work.

You are my last hope after several surgeries and a year of birth control pills and relapse of the disease along with infertility.
Problem Description:
I have heavy bleeding and painful periods since childhood. I attained puberty at 10 years of age.
When I got married in June 2014 I immediately conceived a girl child on that month. It is a normal delivery.
In 2016 I was diagnosed with endometriosis after I stopped feeding child. It was small cysts around 4 cm. It slowly grew and suddenly after 3 months multiple large cyst developed and it was very painful to do daily activities. I was on birth control pill for year. Now in July 2019 we started trying for second baby. But the pain was not tolerable again and i didn’t conceive for 3 months. Doctor suggested laparoscopic surgery. When they did the surgery they saw right fallopian tube being damaged, so doctor removed right fallopian tube.
The surgery was done on oct 2nd 2019, i had severe bleeding after surgery. All my periods are heavy and had clots, doctor did a ultrasound scan on dec 20th 2019. They again found two 4 cm cysts grown back at the same place of right and left ovary.
All my symptoms with pain, bloating and gas , constipation returned now within 3 months cyst also grown. Doctor wants me to go back to birth control pill immediately.
But with birth control i have lot of mood swings and nausea.
Also main reason to avoid is i am trying for another pregnancy now. I am emotional so disturbed because of the situation. That’s when my friends suggested homeo medicine cures the estrogen dominance and not just target the pain.
Is it safe to take homeo medicine for endo while trying for pregnancy. Is there any medicine for fertility?

I have endometriosis and the first time I had my check up my left ovary Endometrioma size were 4,7 mm that was end of August. I had another check up today and it showed that the Endometrioma size is 4,2 cm. Is it possible to grow so fast?
