I am 62 and have post menopausal vaginal atrophy/dryness. I have been suffering with acute pain, burning,stitching, and continuous bladder and urethral pain for over a year now and have tried almost all remedies including going to a herbalist. This helped for a while but is no longer working. I have to urinate frequently, mainly in the morning and at night which means my sleep is disrupted, The pain in my urethra is very bad.
