I had a miscarriage in 2017 due to blightened Ovum and since then unable to get pregnant. My husbands tests are normal. I have been diagonized with low AMH of 0.2. Since then has been taking Vit D, DHEA and Q10 but all in vain. Also one intriguing thing came in report is I have auto immune disorder and have NK cells which doctor says can be a cause for low AMH and silent embryo loss. Have you had a dye test to clear the tubes, also try Reflexology but get a specialist in infertility, also try taking clomid that improves the egg quility know to give you twins is well, try a vegan diet for a month to detox, don’t drink to much cows milk has male hormones in them, change to almond milk, try rubbing caster oil between your overies and tummy and giving it 20min massage.
