Speech delay is the most common type of developmental delay. A child not paying attention to other people and not responding to sounds is one of the first warnings of possible speech delay. my baby is 17 months and i think he is speaking little late than other kids of same age. When he was 15 months ols he used to say few words instantly if one is repeating like we are repeatedly saying bhaiya he used say bhiyaa not properly but correct to most extent and some time say bathum madiee if we are speaking bathroom maggie words repeatedly in front of him, but off late he stopped saying all these even and stick to one word mumma, maa he dont even try to lean any new word like papa dadu.. we keep repeating new word in front of him and also tries to teach him but he don’t tries at all. at now he uis just saying mumma & ma and some time ee aabbba etc. but he understand everything whatever we are saying him he fully understand it, if we say him to o[put something on table he does that and he is able to listen every little & small sound around him, it just that he don’t increase his radius of learning more words.

I have concluded that my child fall under the “calcarea carbonica” type. He is a sweaty boy as he falls asleep. So muc so that his pillow in soaked in sweat. He can point to all correct body parts, loves to read books, start walking at 10months. He is quick to getting very angry. He started saying mom at about 9 months. But now at 3 yrs old he does not speak much. He can say some words, even sentences, but other stuff is mumbles, jibberish. SOmetimes it is as if he is too lazy to speak, or his tongue is not strong enough. He was tongue tied as a baby, and had it lasered 3 times. It does seem to have formed some type of reattachment. But as I said before, he does speak cleart, at times. He can say “Mom, I done”, “My turn” “over here” and he even can say words in spanish. I have been giving him calcarea carbonica 30c for a while, once a day. I am looking to trying calcarea carb 200c and baryta carb 200c and see if any give results. I am just so worried about this issue and what other issues may arise. We stopped vaccinations at 6 months, and use homeopathy for illnesses. But he did have to once be put on antibiotics, age 2. He had anal strep., but he was already showing speech delay. Any help or advice you can provide would be great, thank you
My identical twin boys are over 2yo and still no words. Bilingual home. They didn’t babble much, they had a period they could say mama/papa (while taking Barium). Now they can only say “no”. Nothing else. There are some slight autistic traits, they no longe answer to they name call, avoid mama that recently gave birth to new sibbling. No eye contact. Climb furniture, windows, sofa… Afraid of strangers. We can’t shower/bath them, they get panic. Their ancles are week (over pronation). Sleep little and bad. Wake up very early. Cravings cold milk. They ate banana a lot, now not so much. They eat porely. Potatoes is a favourite, pancakes too. No vegetables, no meat/fish, not much fruit. Skinny, red checks year around, worse and dry during Winter. Probable anemia. I feel they are weak and we have to dress them well so they don’t get sick. They eat stones, paper, bite furniture, walls, their nails. Seek their penis a lot. They poop several times a day, no form and bright brown – not dark. Yellow neck, one has yellow skintone a bit more everywhere. Traumatic/abusive emergency cs at 37w but labour started normally. Both didn’t grow very well in belly, one of them had UGI. Mother had preeclampsia prior to birth. They have been in different homeopathic during these two years. Tuberculinum and combo Barium+CalcCarb gave some improvements but no great improvement.
