  4. I have had insomnia for 20 years or more. Some days I fall asleep by 10pm and up at 2. Some nights I don’t fall asleep till 2-3am and sleep till 6. I can never sleep past 6am, no matter when I go to sleep. Every night is different. A few times a month I sleep for 6 hours. Most nights, no.
    I use blue blocking glasses, cool and dark room. No electronics in my room. I have tried most sleep aides OTC and prescribed. Wish I could just sleep. I have a lot of auto immune diseases due to lake if sleep. Hypothyroid, arthritis, fibromyalgia, brain fog and more. If you could help, please let me know. I have sound so much money on gadgets too!

I feel sleepy and as soon as i go to bed i awake up and n after waiting 3/4 hours i use to take sleeping pills then i get sleep if my sleeep is not good at night my eyes are heavy and their is puffiness. I m a high BP patient and taking alleopathic med for that. No menses from last 2 years but at the last 5/6 menses i had great colic n some one suggested actea racemosa which i took for 3/4 weeks. All worries of children continues at the time of sleeplessness. I use to go for toilet for 2/3 times during night.     My father is 76 years old . He is using Blood pressure tablets and at night vitmin tablets also he takes calcium tablets after dinner. He is taking SYNDOPA250 CR for parkinsion disease . Through the day heis head is revolving. not able to seat at one place. also not able to sleep. At night he is sleeping tablets LONEZAP 0.5 mg . Without sleeping tablet he is not getting sleep. Although he is sleeping with sleeping tablets. . As soon as he woke up in morning his head statrts revolving. He is complaining total house is revolving and not able seat or sleep quietly through out the day. Kindly advice. Only I request any good medicine that can reduce his head revolving disorder. Due to this he is not able to stay quitely through out the day.

    Dear sir

    My wife is 45 years age .she had fallen down all if a sudden n had blurred or difficulty in speaking.she had chronic sleeping disorder for 2 to 3 years. She is diagnosed as chronic insomnia.

    She is treated for allopothy for 2 months.

    She is having yet balance problem n tells down. Sloppy walk Blurred speech n complaints for headache n such others during episodes. She has been examined for all routine including brain mri which are normal.

    Doctors ask to ignore her complaint as it will be vague and changing all time.

    Can you advice how should I proceed for further treatment?

    I am 42. Years female, have acute patterns of insomania which repeats very frequently. Need to go to bed around same time. If there is slight disturbance, not able to fall asleep for many days. Again after 4 -5 days start sleeping properly for few days. Then again sleepless nights pattern starts. Please help
