    Hello Dr. Sharma,
    I just read the symptoms and causes for having sleep issues above.
    I’m on BP medication and 67yrs young! Am fairly active and still working full time.
    I have a combination of sleep issues. I can fall asleep but not able to sustain a deep sleep during the night. Seem to have mind chatter most nights, toss and turn and get up several times to go to washroom. I also have a much better sleep between 5-8am. My body gets hot and get cramps in my legs.
    Not sure which remedy would be suitable for me.
