COME winter and it is time for all the cold-related illnesses. Sinusitis happens to be one of them. Although its occurrence is not always related to cold and can happen any time of the year, for those who are sensitive to the least chill in the air, sinusitis may be just round the corner. Homeopathic treatment can be of great help to those who suffer from sinusitis often during winter.
Sinusitis is the inflammation of the sinuses (hollow spaces) in our skull. These hollow spaces are linked to the nose from inside. The anatomical presence of these cavities makes our skull light for our neck to bear it. Sinuses also provide the resonance to our tone when we speak. This blockage leads to the trapping of mucus in the sinuses resulting in the growth of bacteria and viruses.
The symptoms
The symptoms of sinusitis depend upon the sinus that gets affected. The morning headache when one wakes up is typical of sinusitis: blocked sensation: in the nose, heaviness and pain in the facial bones and head may occur due to the underlying inflamed sinus. Inflammation in the sinuses that are present behind the bridge of the nose and in-between the eyes can lead to swelling in the eyelids and the tissues around the eyes. Inflammation in the maxillary sinuses can cause pain in the upper jaw and teeth.
Sinusitis may be accompanied by other symptoms of nasal congestion, runny nose, fever, tiredness and cough that may aggravate at night. Post-nasal dripping of mucus can cause problems in the throat too.

I am SARATH.I have been suffering from sinusitis for 7 years.Recently 1 year ago a CT Scan was taken and my sinusitis converted to FUNGAL sinusitis.I also underwent FESS operation 6 months back and using anti fungal spray along with homoeo treatment.Most of the worse symptoms are relieved but I have been suffering from nasal blockage on one side(either left or right)mostly changing very frequently without any time base or other (MOSTLY ON LEFT SIDE) and also headache from left frontal to down the left ear and the entire neck and small swelling is there on the neck.Recent CT Scan showed all sinuses are clear but i have nasal blockage and headache.Kindly provide me cure for this as I have no more patience to bare this worse disease any more

The information posted about sinusitis is of great importance.
My son 6 yr old is having the problem of frequent sneezing and some times coughing.Nothing comes out from nose and mouth.As per alopathy Dr he is suffering from alergy other dr says he is suffering from alergic asthma.As per child specialist advice i gave him montelukast and levocetrigine for 1 yr but after 10 to 15 days of stopping medicine again same problem started occuring. If he takes bath or any cold thing he starts sneezing. This problem continue though out the year. Recently as per some homoepathy Dr’s advice i started giving him ADEL-7 and ADEL 23 drops .He is feeling very good. But i am not sure whether he will get full cured by this .Because as per previous history after stopping medicines problem get start. Sir can you give your second opinion about my problem.
Which kinds of problem he may be having and is this completely traetable in homeopathy. Please give honest advice.
