I have a fungus of my big toenail that is technically a mold. My nail is a yellowish color and does not attach to the nail bed. It grows fine but is a bit misshapen as it grows wide. I can let it grow and it will cover the toe bed or I can cut the entire thing off. I have tried a lot of things and nothing has helped so I was hoping you could steer me in the right direction. I have following problems:

Hello Dr Sharma, this is mainly about the middle finger on my left hand. The area around the nail gets swollen sometimes and when it happens the skin colour around gets slightly dark, there is pain but not unbearable, and the pain is just around the finger tip; nail tip thickens, sometimes one or two blisters come up. I have toe nail fungal infection from last 7-8 years.
I tried both homeopathy and allopathy but not cured completely. The nail is separated from nail bed. The tip of nails thickened. The tip of the nails are yellowish white.
