I have a fungus of my big toenail that is technically a mold. My nail is a yellowish color and does not attach to the nail bed. It grows fine but is a bit misshapen as it grows wide. I can let it grow and it will cover the toe bed or I can cut the entire thing off. I have tried a lot of things and nothing has helped so I was hoping you could steer me in the right direction. I believe it was caused by an injury many years ago.

I have following problems:
My digestion is poor ,I was diagnosed dor IBS,I have depression since last 7 years,I feel anxiety for small small things, I have worrying nature,I am negative thinking person,since few days I am having chest tightness for which I got all test done for heart and Doctor cleared that this cheat tightness is not due to heart and after taking medicine from gasterintologist the problem had gone now again back it is all right at times but bad at times.My family has a history of heart problems so whenever something happens to my chest I feel something will happen to me. Hello Dr Sharma, this is mainly about the middle finger on my left hand. The area around the nail gets swollen sometimes and when it happens the skin colour around gets slightly dark, there is pain but not unbearable, and the pain is just around the finger tip; nail tip thickens, sometimes one or two blisters come up. My left foot big toe nail as well as right foot third toe have also had fungus problems for quite some time. please suggest a remedy that is available in Kerala state, India, thank you

I have toe nail fungal infection from last 7-8 years.
I tried both homeopathy and allopathy but not cured completely. The nail is separated from nail bed. The tip of nails thickened. The tip of the nails are yellowish white. Powdery whitish deposit is seen around nails. Sometimes there is sharp pain under toe nail. Kindly recommend homeopathy. My age is 43
