Treat your autumn allergy with homeopathy
Do you find yourself having a runny itchy nose, watery eyes and severe sneezing episodes at this time of the year? An allergy refers to an abnormal reaction to certain substances called allergens.. Just as the country?s defence forces are trained to identify the enemy and attack it, our immune system identifies the body?s enemies like bacteria, viruses, etc and eliminates them. The country?s forces never attack our civilians; similarly, our immune system ignores useful substances like food and drugs and useless or harmless substances like pollengrains, dust and animal dander. However, if the immune system goes awry and reacts to such useful or harmless substances, then the person is said to have developed an allergy. Such substances, called allergens, may be inhaled, swallowed or may come into contact with the skin.
HOW HOMEOPATHY WORKS IN ALLERGIES
Homoeopathic treatment of allergic rhinitis offers a better promise. Many such allergies can be treated permanently, though it may take one or two seasons before it is completely wiped out. Allium Cepa leads the homoeopathic table in treating this acute phase of allergic rhinitis. It is highly recommended for autumn allergy conditions with the following symptoms. Frequent sneezing, constant dripping of watery discharge; which may burn like fire, and excoriate the upper lip and wings of the nose, all symptoms are worse indoors; better in open air. Useful tips
- * During the peak allergic weather use facemask while moving outdoors.
- * Keep windows closed to prevent pollens and molds from drifting into your home. Air-conditioning can also help reduce your pollen exposure.
- * Minimise your early morning activity (between 5 and 10 a.m.) when pollen counts are higher.
- * Keep your home?s relative humidity level at or below 50 per cent by using airconditioners. This will discourage dust mite and mold growth.
- * Carpet and flooring: allergens are easily removed from carpet and floors by regular vacuuming.
- * Kitchen and bathroom: The wet, warm conditions of these rooms provide the perfect condition for mold and mildew to thrive. Repairing leaks and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms every week with a disinfectant designed to kill mold and mildew is the best way to combat them

Hey I been haven my allergic going on a year now I got a allergy tested did in he said it was dust mite so he put me on sum nasal spray but it don’t work . I’m suffering from Serious Allergic Rhinitis since 7 years. I have taken treatment with ENT specialists of Allopathy, Homeopathy, Ayurvedic and Unani as well. But of no use. I suffer with cold all 365 days in a year since 7 years. My nose gets blocked throughout night, sneezing continous through out the day which has become chronic. Kindly suggest me on the same.

Dr. rhinitis allergy-suffering from long time. so many treatment done. but my problem is as it was. after returning from morning walk sudden started sneezing and discharge,some causes due to dust also.when its occur I gradually became weak and eye became tired. it continue for 3-4 days. for instant relief take anti allergy drug for managing the present problem. But how to get read off this problem. i am govt. employee, i feel uneasy in the office some time compelled to drop office duty. Dr. tell me the way of permanent solution.
My 11 year son is asthma patient since last 6 years, we tried the homeo medicine in initial stage, but we couldn’t success. we are doing now english medicines even though most of the time monthly once he is getting sever attack. kindly advice still homeo medicine can help him to get rid of this disease

I frequently get a cold bout due to allergy.. itching in the nose, watery drippings from nose, burning sensation in eyes, continous
sneezing results in body pain. this gets relieved by an antihistamine
drug viz. cetrizine/alerid etc. But this allpathic medicines not only
do not offer a permanent /long term cure but also make the day drowsy.
pl advise homeo cure for this problem.
– am a male of 56 years residing in Navi Mumbai.
– a non-smoker, not obese, working in office.
– currently on medication for hypertension and diabetes – both the

I´m living in Dublin, and I really need a help. I´m foreigner here and i bought lot of medicine in the pharmacy, but is not working. My stomach begun hurting, so i´m afraid about this medicines.
The symptoms are: the first and worst is nasal congestional; hay fever; every day i have sneeze; my throat is closed and hurting; ears, throat and eyes itch; sometimes i have headache. I think is pollen allergy.
I´m getting into depression, because i can´t do nothing.
