thank you for your article… regarding heel osteophytes what strength for the calcarea fluor and the ammonium mur? the discomfort in my left heel seems to decrease when i am walking with a cushion in my heel. it hurts first thing in the morning and if i walk (ever so briefly) barefoot on hard surfaces. i am 77.
