I have been diagnosed ‘LUTS with Prostatomegaly’ . USG-Prostate 45 gms with median lobe and PVR 130ml uroflo – poor flow, PSA 1.9, I am taking SILODAL Cap. 8 mg (SILODOSIN) 8mg 1 capsule every evening after dinner.
