I was diagnosed with urethral stricture recently, in my case it is like ring type and it is short.
I still can empty my bladder really good, the only thing is that the flow is not so strong as it shold be.
I’ve done the contrast X-ray exam and my doctor could see the stricture very clear, he told me that now it is not a real serious thing as long as i can urinate and empty the bladder but he also told that someday i should take the surgery way.
Well i’d saw some not so good results with that and want to try some alternatives.

I haven’t been diagnosed but I think I may have a urethral stricture. My urine flow isn’t affected much other than the stream doesn’t come out in a nice streamlined fashion but rather a spray and inconsistent pattern.
The main problem I’m having is when I ejaculate I feel like the ejaculate is obstructed. When the ejaculate exits my penis, it dribbles out. There is no sensation of release and the pleasure that comes with it is gone. Also, the pre-cum fluid just comes out in one big glob whereas before it would continuously dribble out with arousal.
I feel like there may be a flow restriction somewhere.
