Hi Dr Sharma, I am observing dry mouth, tongue, throat and severe dryness in my laryngitis for years. Now unable to even speak for more than a minute or so, as during speak my voice muscle and throat become severe dry and causes itching and coughing and then I must have to stop speaking. For over a week now, seemingly the problem of oral dryness (dry mouth , dry throat, less saliva, feeling of twisted tongue, bad breadth) at night particularly is affecting me.
Problem of dryness is troubling me so much that I wake up suddenly with a start and takes a few seconds to get up, as if from death.
Probably I sleep with my mouth open, despite wrapping a napkin around my mouth. Thought it was acidity problem, due to going to bed within an hour of having dinner. Doesn’t appear to be so. Today, I had this problem in the afternoon on the bed.

Hello doctor , my wife is suffering with dryness of mouth and throat. She has mouth ulcers too. But now in a better condition. This dryness occurs occasionally but it makes the patient panic. These all things are taking place after covid. She was covid positive in the last week of Apr 21 which got cured by 10 May near about. After a week or two these mouth ulcers/ tongue infection issues aroused. Hlo doctor.few months ago .i was suffering from indigestion.then my physician asked me for a test of h pylori.and the result was positive.then he gave me a triple threapy kit of antibiotics for 15 days …..after completion of treatment i felt normal ,but after 20 to 30 days of completion of treatment i felt dry mouth and coated tongue .then i went to a gastro doctor.he asked me for an endoscopy,and biopsy for h pylori,and the result comes positive again.then he gave me again a triple kit of antibiotics for 15 days .now my stomach is a little bit normal but the dry mouth and coated tongue is not going away.i tried all home remedies.plz tell me what it is.

So I am diabetic and have dry mouth with dry lips , tongue. Throat where it’s extremely uncomfortable. Lips get stuck together at night. Mostly it’s a salty taste in my mouth which burns a lot if there is slight chilli present in good including black pepper. What would be the most suitable home medicine snd what should be the potency?
