I have had a sinus drainage problem since 1992 ,the last time I was in an air plain Ana we landed my ears would not pop. Since then my phlegm has gotten worse with anything I drink or eat and I cough for at least 1 hour every morning. I have takin sinus med. but I have to take them every 6 hour and I don’t like doing that cause it drys my throat. Which makes me cough more.

I spit out phlegm frequently but not in the night time. Especially after sneezing. Three four times. Is it due to food habits or improper bowel movement? Hello, i have suffered with this mucus problem for nearly a year now, i have mucus in my nose that goes down to throat and causes me to have to clear my throat all the time and to blow my nose even when i do both i can still feel it, at night i feel it begins to build up and then in the morning i’ll normally spit out a greeny/ yellow thick phglem ball which normally brings me some comfort but then i continue to spit white saliva pasty phglem throughout the day and i feel my mucus is least prominent after 5- 6 pm, i’ve gone to my gp countless of times and they have told me there is nothing they can give me i feel disgusting and i’m embarrassed to wake up with people because i know i will need to clear my throat first thing when i wake up, please Dr Sharma help me. The amount of phglem can be massive and it usually is a white mucus but then sometimes might have green chunks or even yellow or orange dried parts.

Hello. I do not have: a cough, sore throat, sinitus or digestive problems. However, I have phlegm always in my throat, freely coughed up in the morning. It is not from overuse of my voice, in fact using my voice clears it. But as a singer, it makes me nervous as it interferes with my singing. I warm up extensively and drink water, but it’s unpredictable. Should I use the ARgentum Metallic even though I don’t overuse my voice?
