I am suffering from Anal fissure from past 3 weeks. I consulted with doctor and using Diltigesic gel and stool softners. The pain is still unbearable while passing stools. Initially the frequency for Bowels was 2 times a day, now it is increased to 4-5 times in a day. I am consuming 7-8 glasses water but everytime i go to pee i get bowel. My doctor had advised surgery, which i do not want to go for. Please suggest which medicines i should go for

I am having anal fissures since last 1year,some times it will b not there,By passing very crude to sit in tht,so fire,burning, very hard to pass.Wt to do for this kind of fissures.Some dr will tell laser treatment is better for long lasting.
Very recently anal fissure with piles have been detected but no bleeding . At present, some swelling , uneasyness and lot of gas formation in stomach is on. I am now being treated at Naturoveda clinic since last 10 days. But no satisfactory result has been observed.
