Speech delay is the most common type of developmental delay. A child not paying attention to other people and not responding to sounds is one of the first warnings of possible speech delay. -No first words at 15 months

I am contacting you with reference of my twin daughter (born prematurely at 7 months) who is now 2.5 years old. She is very extrovert, communicative, very excited about everything but it is only babbling that she does. However she is able to say mama, didi, daddy, thankyou, yes, no like words yet she is evidently having some difficulty in speaking clear words. He twin sister usually repeates when she hears and sees the rhymes, but she preferes to be quiet.
We are worried about evident speech delay, the communication is however not a problem. She even complains to us about her sister acts and mischief.

We are working with a classical homeopath now. We’ve been at it for four months and on our third remedy. She started with the primary symptom of anxiety. None of the three have been helpful.

I am 68.My sweet grand daughter is of 42 months old cannot reciprocate. Only the ” mummy” can she utter. Some abnormalities are shortlisted.
1) We call her but she cannot reciprocate by saying “coming”.
2) We say Babu do U like “meat”. She indicates but do not reciprocate.
